NATT+ Response in Agreement with ACERT
The Education Act 2011 established new arrangements by which a governing body’s decision to uphold a permanent exclusion can be reviewed. A consultation sought comments on the revised regulations and guidance. The draft regulations that accompanied the consultation covered maintained schools.
