Resources Catalogue

Following the Gypsy, Roma and Traveller Resources Project Report in November 2008 we can announce that one of the recommendations - a resource catalogue - has just been released.

Claire Lockwood began compiling the information and resources to be included in this catalogue last year. Each Traveller Education Service and similar organisations had the opportunity to put forward their publications and artifacts for inclusion. The information has been sorted through and reproduced as a 48 page catalogue that is now available.

Easy to use

Items are placed according to age-group suitability and accompanied on the most part by an image and description. In addition to books, DVDs, Posters and CD-ROMs there is also a page of "human" resources. There is a section dedicated to materials for Teachers, other professionals and parents.

The catalogue is finished with a comprehensive index and a list of useful links for further research.
