Spotlight

A pack of 4 sessions to use with small groups of pupils aimed to improve self-knowledge and self-esteem at Key Stage 3 or 4. Young people are given opportunities to develop skills to understand and make sense of their own lives and the world they live in.

Community Cohesion

A Citizenship session which explores the meaning of Community Cohesion By focusing on Trevor Phillip’s ‘Sleepwalking to Segregation Speech’. Recent local and national controversial issues are explored in pairs and critically evaluated in a whole class presentation.

Race Equality and Cultural Diversity. The pack includes a medium plan incorporating six lessons that should be run in sequence. There are individual lesson plans and then further extension work suggestions. Additionally, there is a large bank of poems which have been divided into subsections.

Story Writing Project
