The NATT+ AGM was on Monday, November 13th at Luther King House in Manchester. A well-attended meeting listened to presentations by Nicky Quigg, the community development officer in Oldham with Alex Andiu-Vasile an outreach worker. Emma Ford the headteacher from Clarendon Primary School in Salford gave a presentation on working effectively with Roma Families. NATT+ members can download the presentation here.
Hannah Issa from Abraham Moss Community School then gave a presentation on working with Roma Families. This presentation can also be downloaded by NATT+ members.
Bob Thompson and Ola Wojnowska from the DFE Race Disparity Audit spoke to the meeting before an interactive activity session was held before the meeting broke for lunch. Members can download the DFE presentation “The Race Disparity Audit and Raising GRT educational outcomes” for offline reference.
Following lunch the AGM itself took place.
